TERMS and PAYMENT METHODS:
California State Sales Tax will be added to
all purchases.
We accept cash, check or money orders for all purchases.
Payment by Visa & Mastercard available upon request.
SHIPPING:
Orders for merchandise that is in stock should
be received within 7-10 days.
All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service, UPS or
Federal Express at customers request.
UPS adds a $1.00 charge on residential deliveries.
Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of Special order and out
of Stock merchandise.
RETURNS:
If not completely satisfied, return any unused,
unwashed or unaltered item within seven days of purchase
or receipt of shipped item for a full refund or credit
on the merchandise amount only. Returns must have prior
authorization from our Customer Service Department (562)
856-8019).
Requests for return authorization and claims for shortages
or incorrect merchandise must be made within seven days
of receipt of goods. DJ Designs cannot and will not be
responsible for discrepancies on orders received by parties
other than the invoiced customer. All purchases or business
disputes will be resolved through DJ Designs.
